1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and B2B services operated by EarEase Tech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. B2B Scope & Services

Our core business consists of delivering Enterprise AI/ML automations, custom SaaS software development, technical SEO marketing, and IT staffing contract solutions. Formal engagements are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). Material calculations and price estimates provided on this website represent standard projections and are non-binding.

3. EarEase Nexus Program Terms

For candidates enrolling in the EarEase Nexus training track:

• Enrollment Validation: Candidate admits are audited based on submitted government-verified identity documents to maintain academic track security. Duplicate submissions under active programs will be auto-flagged and rejected.
• Payment & Refund Policies: Checkouts, coupon codes, and transaction credits are managed strictly through Razorpay APIs. Successful registrations are eligible for refund/decline policies as defined during enrollment checkout.

4. User Commitments & Code of Conduct

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current profile information when requesting estimates or downloading technical resources. Any attempt to scrape code, intercept API routes, submit fraudulent transaction requests, or abuse system bandwidth is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

The website design, proprietary scripts, custom graphics, SVG icons, text copy, and layouts are the exclusive property of EarEase Tech Private Limited. Unlicensed reproduction, mirroring, or distribution of this intellectual property is prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
